New prefabricated houses built by Nordique Homes are guaranteed against any major or latent defects for a period of five (5) years commencing on the delivery date. This service is covered by the APCHQ new home warranty. We are certified Gold Award by the APCHQ.

Our homes come with vinyl siding included in our base price. We can also prepare our houses so that they are ready to be covered with brick, stone or any other outdoor cladding material of your choice.
Our houses can be delivered and installed within 6 – 8 weeks following the signing of the contract.
The following items are not included in a basic contract for a Nordique home :
Lot, landscaping, land preparation
Land surveying, cadastral mapping, etc.
Cement foundation or other
Outside verandas and stairs
Installation and connection of plumbing in basement
Electrical installation and connection in basement
