After setting up an assembly line for modular homes next to the current plant, the company becomes Les Maisons Nordique Inc. (Nordique Homes Inc.). The founder's six sons now head the company; Gaston, Gilles, Jean-Noël, Jacques, Claude and Michel. Driven by the quality of its products and services, the company quickly gains an excellent reputation. |
The number of shareholders decreases from six to three: Gilles, Jean-Noël and Jacques Rivard. Production surpasses 950 units.
Nordique Homes Inc. is purchased by Richard Racine, Sylvain Rouleau and Jasmin Caron. They continue building certified prefabricated houses, worksite trailers, mobile homes and commercial units that are certified to meet the demands of our climate and the needs of our future and former customers.
A new product is added to the company's extensive line: panel walls for easier and faster construction of single or multi-storey residential and commercial units.
